SR-22…DRIVING WITH UNCERTAINTIES

We constantly meet with clients in our law office that have had a lawsuit filed against them where they now owe thousands of dollars to the injured party for causing a car accident where they were either Under Insured or Uninsured at the time.

If you have had your driver’s license suspended due to being Under Insured or Uninsured it can cause you a headache that you can easily avoid. In the event you are involved in a motor vehicle accident and do not meet the state requirements you can face having to submit a Certificate of Financial Responsibility, known as Form SR-22, for the next three consecutive years.

Do not allow yourself to drive Under Insured or Uninsured.

We are here to help you if you have any legal questions.
