We had a Homeowner that recently came to see us wherein they told us that they started to date an individual that from time to time would spend the night at their home. Eventually, the person moved in but never contributed in paying the mortgage or any other residential bill. This was the arrangement for several years. The homeowner now wants this individual to leave.
