Mr. Synawhey was so excited that he signed the contract without even reading it. When the Synawhey family arrived to their cabin with their three children and their dog Skip, the property manager informed them that their family of five could not stay there because it clearly stated in the time-share agreement that the maximum amount of people allowed was two adults. The property manager also pointed to the agreement where it said in all capital letters “NO PETS ALLOWED”.

Can the Synawhey family bring a lawsuit against the property management company since they had to go to stay at a costly hotel?
