Mary was in the process of moving into her new apartment in the upper west side when she noticed through her bedroom window that her neighbors across the ally had all their windows in their apartment completely open. One night while Mary was cooking pasta in her kitchen, she could not help but notice that her neighbors were walking (husband and wife) around their apartment completely nude in plain view.
